As soon as your seat is provisioned after checkout — typically the same day. Your first batch of leads is delivered at the start of your billing week.

Records with disconnected or invalid numbers at delivery, records that don't match the stated criteria (state, vertical, data age), and exact duplicates within the same batch. Leads that simply didn't answer or didn't buy are normal outcomes and aren't replaced.

Yes. Cancelling stops all future weekly renewals. The week you've already paid for runs to its end and isn't refunded, consistent with our Refund & Dispute Policy.
